        Terrible customer service

        After 1 week, no update from delivery. I phoned customer service. Lisa promised to find out why the courier EVRI didn't have the parcel. She promised to update me by phone or by email. I never heard from her. I then wrote an email to customer service, asking to cancel. Elizabeth ignored my request to cancel, writing she would try to find out why the courier EVRI didn't have the parcel. I phoned customer service again. Annie promised to cancel the order. Bu my account has not been updated. Just because LAREDOUTE has nice things on their website, it is no reason to buy something from them. Just because their is a customer service number to call and pleasant ladies answer, it does not mean the problem is solved. TERRIBLE! AVOID!
